Teaching Assistant – Secondary School | Wood Green (N21)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:20am – 3:30pm
Contract: Full-time | Long-term

Axcis Education is working with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in the Wood Green area (N21), which is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from early October on a long-term basis.

In this rewarding role, you’ll support students with a range of additional needs, including Autism and behavioural challenges, both within the classroom and through targeted small-group or 1:1 interventions. You’ll work alongside teachers to help students stay engaged, develop confidence, and reach their potential.

We’re looking for someone who:

-Has experience working with students with SEN, especially Autism or behavioural needs

-Is calm, patient, and resilient, with a positive attitude

-Is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
