Axcis Education is working with a welcoming and well-established specialist SEN school in the L32 area, seeking compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2026.

This rewarding opportunity involves supporting pupils across both primary and secondary age groups with a wide range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to help pupils engage, learn, and achieve their individual goals.
• Support learning across academic, practical, and creative activities.
• Encourage communication, confidence, independence, and social development.
• Assist with emotional regulation, sensory needs, and personal care where required.
• Create a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other specialist professionals to deliver personalised support.

The school is conveniently located in L32 with excellent public transport links and offers a welcoming, supportive environment for both staff and pupils.

Who We're Looking For

• Education, childcare, or nursery settings.
