Teaching Assistant – SEN Primary/Secondary School | L32 Location
Full-Time or Part-Time | £14+ per hour (PAYE)

An inclusive and supportive SEN school in the L32 area is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with pupils across both primary and secondary settings. You’ll be supporting students with a diverse range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

About the Role
Location: L32 (easily accessible via public transport)
Contract: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay: From £14 per hour (PAYE)
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils develop confidence, independence, and key skills
Assist in delivering tailored lessons across core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science, as well as creative and life-skills activities
Help create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
Foster strong, trusting relationships with students, encouraging their personal and academic growth
Observe and track progress, celebrating milestones and identifying areas for development

You should have:
