Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools
Start: ASAP or January 2026
Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Contract: Full-time / Long-term
Pay: £90.00 - £110 per day PAYE (Experiance Dependant)

The successful candidate must be able to:
• Support children who have additional and/or complex needs, ensuring they feel safe, included and able to thrive.
• Be committed to our restorative behaviour and relationships policy, promoting a positive and respectful school culture.
• Show energy, enthusiasm and creativity in their approach, contributing fully to the learning ethos of the school.
• Be willing to learn about a variety of needs and how best to support them within the classroom.
• Demonstrate a resilient and caring attitude, with a steadfast willingness to go above and beyond.
• Never give up on our children, maintaining high expectations and providing consistent
encouragement.
• Commit to continuing professional development (CPD) in line with whole-school development priorities.
• Display an open, positive attitude, valuing teamwork and building strong relationships with pupils,staff, and families.
• Bring excellent interpersonal skills and a determination to secure the best outcomes for every child.
• Contribute to the school’s extensive extra-curricular programme, enriching the wider life of the school community.
