About the Role:

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support across academic, emotional, social, and sensory learning
• Facilitate creative, outdoor-based, and therapeutic activities in woodland and sensory spaces
• Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, families, and mainstream staff to deliver individual EHCP targets
• Apply trauma-informed and autism-focused strategies to foster confidence, independence, and regulation


Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children with ASD, MLD, SEMH, or related contexts
• Adaptable, patient, and confident in sensory-rich or low-stimulation environments
• Strong at building trust and developing meaningful relationships with young children
• Creativity and experience in arts, play-based, sensory, outdoor, or therapeutic approaches are highly valued
