Location: Near Newton Aycliffe, County Durham
Salary: From £13.00 per hour DOE + service charge + paid overtime
Hours: 45 hours per week

The Role
Perfect Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a well-established countryside hotel near Newton Aycliffe.
With new kitchen leadership and an incoming Executive Chef, this is an excellent opportunity to join a team with fresh ideas, develop your skills and progress your career.
You'll work across restaurant service, hotel dining, weddings, functions and events, offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to work with fresh ingredients in a busy hotel kitchen.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Good fresh food preparation and cooking skills.
• Confidence managing your own section during service.
• A reliable, organised and positive approach.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, food safety and allergens.
• A genuine passion for cooking and developing your skills.
