This role is also open for candidates who are willing to relocate to Guernsey.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Providing technically robust legal advice across all PC&T matters, ensuring excellent client service and commercial awareness.

• Supervising and mentoring junior fee-earners while working collaboratively with senior colleagues.
• Participating in know-how development, including training, seminars, client presentations, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Maintaining a strong financial performance with focus on utilisation, billing, and cost management.
• Supporting internal governance and promoting adherence to the firm’s professional ethics and values.

The ideal candidate will have:
The successful individual will be a qualified lawyer with over 8 years' PQE in private wealth or private client work, ideally with experience in offshore financial services or family office structures. They will combine technical strength with commercial acumen, and demonstrate leadership potential through mentoring experience and a collaborative approach. Familiarity with Guernsey regulatory and legal frameworks is preferred but not essential. A strong academic background and proven ability to operate in a client-driven, multi-jurisdictional environment are key.
