Perfect Recruitment are working with a fantastic countryside hotel in the Durham area looking for a strong Sous Chef to join their kitchen team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge within a quality-driven hotel environment.
You’ll be supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the team during service, maintaining high standards, and helping deliver consistently strong food across the business.

• Confident leading a brigade during busy services
• Organised, hands-on and calm under pressure
• Passionate about quality food and consistency
• Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen standards
• Someone who leads by example and supports junior chefs development
