Previous experience is not essential. We would be particularly interested in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in care, early years, SEND, youth work, education or support work, although attitude and a willingness to learn are just as important.

What the School Offers
• A welcoming and supportive specialist school environment
• Excellent support from experienced staff
• Training and opportunities to develop your SEND knowledge and skills
• A varied role where every day is different
• The opportunity to make a genuine difference to young people's lives
