Salary: Up to £40,000 + quarterly bonus
Contract: Permanent – Office Based
Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting a successful and growing organisation in North London with the recruitment of a Spanish-speaking In-House Recruiter.
This is a newly created role, joining a small, collaborative HR team of four and reporting to the HR Director. It’s an exciting opportunity to deliver the company’s recruitment strategy; managing the full end-to-end process across a diverse range of roles, from head office and management positions through to high-volume operational hiring.
About the Role
You’ll take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from briefing and advertising through to offer and onboarding with a focus on direct sourcing and building long-term talent pipelines. Working closely with hiring managers across the business, you’ll help ensure every hire reflects the organisation’s values and supports continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the full recruitment process for all permanent and hourly-paid vacancies.
• Partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and create engaging job adverts.
• Directly sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals — no reliance on agencies.
• Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring timely feedback.
• Preparing offers and supporting onboarding and induction processes.
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reports.
About You
We’re looking for a proactive recruiter with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. You’ll be confident managing multiple vacancies at pace, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
You’ll bring:
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Confidence sourcing directly through LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
• Fluency in Spanish – essential.
